Payment must be made by wire or credit card purchase before shipment is made. Shipping between countries can be very expensive depending on the value of the shipment and the VAT (value added tax) imposed by many countries. Besides the actual shipping fees, VAT may be added to the invoice. The shipment carrier may invoice us for these fees and are passed on to the customer. International Repairs or Recalibrations:
Units sent to us for calibration or repair should state "REPAIR/RETURN" on the shipping documentation. Neglecting to do this may allow Customs to impose taxes and duties on the full value of the shipment instead of the service performed when returned to you. Any import or export taxes, charges or fees incurred by RSI will be billed to the customer, and are due immediately.
